Please read these terms before using GoLink — they define the rights and responsibilities between the platform, merchants and users.
01Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GoLink. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02Platform & Services
GoLink is a “business navigation + local services” information platform for foreign merchants in China, connecting them with Chinese suppliers and providers. The platform offers listing, search and matching services; it does not itself provide the goods or services of listed merchants.
03Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide true, accurate and complete registration information, keep your account and credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to engage in fraud, harassment, infringement or any unlawful conduct.
04Merchant Information Accuracy
Listed merchants must ensure the information they submit is true, lawful and valid. Platform certification is a verification based on defined procedures and does not constitute a guarantee of a merchant's quality or transaction outcome. Transactions between merchants and buyers are negotiated and borne by those parties.
05Advertising & Sponsorship
Ad slots are displayed to users on rotation. Advertising and sponsorship content must be lawful, truthful and non-misleading; the platform may review creatives and reject or remove non-compliant content. Specific placement rights are governed by the signed advertising agreement.
06Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in the platform's design, text, logos, trademarks and other content belongs to GoLink or the respective rights holders. No one may copy, adapt or use it commercially without written permission.
07User Content
You are responsible for content you post and warrant that you hold the necessary rights. You grant the platform the license needed to display and use such content to provide the service. The platform may act on non-compliant content.
08Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” and does not guarantee the goods or services of third-party merchants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLink is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the platform or transactions with merchants.
09Changes & Termination
The platform may adjust, suspend or terminate part or all of the service as needed. For accounts breaching these Terms, the platform may restrict features, suspend or terminate the account.
10Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to a competent People's Court.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting on the platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
